Little Gem has a lovely well-appointed and spacious kitchen with electric fridge, full size gas oven, cook top and microwave. Enjoy the river views with its most comfortable lounge and big flat screen T.V /DVD Player / sound system.
Enjoy relaxing in comfort all year round with its evaporative ducting air conditioning and gas heating.
There are two spacious queen size bedrooms with private ensuits each, with the second bedroom splitting into two single beds and access to the bathroom from the passageway if required.
You will find your laundry facilities tucked away under the outside staircase leading up to the stunning carpeted top deck with its luxury heated gas spa.
Lounge around on the back deck while cooking up a fest on the weber Q while sharing a bottle of local wine or beer and surrounding yourself in bliss of the Murray River.
